I am a dancer (burlesque, acrobatic dancer) and bought these for a specific character.I stuck them under my eyebrows, which was perfect. I would not use these like false eyelashes, which are closer to the lashline (I was also wearing falsies). I'm not sure they would be super comfortable so close to the lid/lash.They didn't impact my sight at all, and I like the different patterns and speeds they offer. Stayed on through sweat and on top of heavy stage makeup. Weren't distracting when not lit.As for the battery pack, it's small and easily hidden. The brand suggests clipping it on to your shirt collar. Since I was stripping I didn't have a collar. I clipped it into hair at the crown of my head and it was not noticeable and I made sure I could still feel the button.Seriously perfect and gave my performance an extra edge.

Impossible to apply these and have them work. After 30 frustrating minutes I gave up.

A little too bright to use as eyelashes... I will figure out where to glue to my face without blinding myself with light. There is no twinkling setting ):

A bit tricky to wear but once you get a hang of it, it is amazing and definitely not blinding, i got tremendous compliments

Returned these because they don't have all the colors that are show in photos.
