Great Value for Price
The iHaper light bulb was a product I received as for review purposes. The bulb was brighter than I expected and has good color saturation. The one issue I had with the bulb was the Alexa skill. When I first received the bulb, iHaper had not published the iHaper Alexa SmartHome skill to the Canadian Alexa skill store. Great news is that I was able to work with iHaper support to explain the problem and they were able to get it resolved in a relatively short time. The iHaper app does have some stability issues at the time of this writting, but to be honest, the only thing I'll use the app for is firmware management which worked with no issues. Because I'm able to control the bulb using Apple Homekit, Alexa, and Googlehome simultaneously, I can look to other compatible apps or voice-assistants to control the bulbs and that works with no problems. The wifi has been stable and I haven't seen any problems with disconnects over the last couple of months that I've been using the iHaper Color bulb.Is it the brightest or most color saturated bulb? Probably not, but for the price point this is definitely one of my top picks for adding a little color to the room for a small investment.
A**.
Bulbs are pretty nice, app is horrible.
Took a couple tries to get bulbs connected. Sparse docs and 2-point fonts. As a point of reference I have many smart devices including other bulbs to compare to.Bulbs stay warm, not hot like others. Bulbs give off more light than some competitors - Kookgeek for one.Packaging is pretty much like Apple products - well done.App is awful. Crashes 90% of the time and the color picker is a joke (read, bad joke). You can make adjustments with Home app on iOS, so it's not a total loss. I'm hoping that future updates will make this a more usable solution that I could give 5-stars to. I will update as hopefully things change.App is version 2.6.1. More like a 1.0 in use.

UPDATE, one bulb died after six weeks.
UPDATE on 10/12/2019After owning these bulbs for less than two months, one of them simply stopped working. It will no longer light at all. I am therefore lowering my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars. The only reason I am not going all the way down to 1 star is that perhaps I received a dud and this is not indicative of these bulbs. However, I have not yet been able to get a response from the company.ORIGINAL REVIEWI am very impressed with these light bulbs. They are quite bright for bulbs that are only rated as 40w equivalent. They were so easy to setup with HomeKit and they turn on and off immediately. I am also able to control them with Siri, including telling Siri to make them a certain color. They have the ability to save six color presets in the settings that you can just tap to change to, but you can also go into color edit mode and use full color and temperature wheels to make these bulbs any color you want. The price of these bulbs is AMAZING compared to other smart bulbs, especially HomeKit compatible ones. My favorite thing though is the fact that they do not require a separate hub. That seems to be so common with smart bulbs. Once you plug these in, you go right into setup mode and they add to your Home app so easily. The Home app also lets you add them to scenes and automate them. I have them set up to turn on with the color blue at 6:30 since that is my daughter's favorite color and that's when she gets up for school. Then I have them set to turn to bright white at 9:00 for the rest of the day.I wish all smart home devices worked this well. These stay on and available so much better than my Wemo items.

Don’t let the price tempt you
These bulbs are ok, but for a few dollars more you can get something FAR better. As far as I know, these are the cheapest “hubless” bulbs. Unfortunately, in this case, you get what you paid for.PROS:- color saturation is good. It’s not great, but it’s definitely not the worst I’ve seen. 4/5 here.- reliable. I never lost connection with any of the 3 I had installed in my home. 5/5- easy to set up. 5/5CONS:- the whites are absolutely AWFUL. You will never be able to get a proper white temperature. Cool whites are nearly blue. Warm white end up pink? Weird. 1/5- at certain dimness, usually 5% and under, the bulbs just go red. Bad for night lights. 1/5- the app is useless. 1/5All in all, I would personally walk past these and go for something better like a Philips Hue or a VOCOlinc.

Brighter than I expected
Not a bad colour bulb really for the price, and brighter than I expected. The colours are nice and saturated. The bulb has been pretty reliable when applied to scenes using Apple HomeKit. Super strong/luxurious packaging too. The only downside is that the warm and cool white settings don't produce the colour temperatures you'd expect. a mid-warm or cool setting is possible, but you have to go into the colour chart to set it, which isn't as easy. Normally to set a cool or warm white, you would simply switch to the temperature settings, so it's a bit of an issue when you want a nice mid-white and end up with something that has a purple tinge.

Making life easy if they work
It took me two attempts to be able to pair these with Siri and add them to the HomeKit. I was connected to my wifi extender and for that reason I couldn’t add the lights no matter how much I tried. After about 2 hours I finally gave up. The next day I thought about what could be the cause of it when I remembered that I was connected to my extender and sure enough when I switched to my actual wifi, both lights were added to HomeKit. Such an inconvenience. Now they work most of the time but there are quite few times that the lights decide not to respond and I have to manually turn the switch off for a few hours and they work again.

Siri Turn on the lights
This lamp is amazing, I love it using with Siri, you just command Siri to set the light to 50% and done, no more opening another app and turning it on and off. I have a Bluetooth smart lamp as well, but this one works much easier. Welcome convenience. The only issue with this light is, it does not get warm as I want it, it is on the white side of the spectrum.
