Wow, as nice as I had hoped for!
I searched through dozens of Nautical Ship's Wheels and it was very difficult to tell which ones were of reasonable quality. For the low price, I don't expect a masterpiece but I also did not want something that was crooked and had a rough finish. This wheel is very nice. All joints are tight and straight. The wheel looks like a real antique ship's wheel and the finish is smooth. The turned parts are especially nice. My Granddaughter was thrilled with this wheel which will be installed in her ship themed tree house.
