I bought this to go with my new Macbook Pro. It's been an essential addition to my new computer. The only bad thing is that it seems to drain the battery if you just leave it in (which I do since I use a second monitor and utilize the HDMI port). I guess I didn't realize that the computer has to power it separately. Maybe all adapters do this and I just didn't know, but I will say that it drains my new Macbook pro 2019 in less than an hour. Just keep this in mind!

I'll leave a more detailed review below, but in summary, this is exactly what you need. Works perfectly and is well made.I really enjoyed this little adapter hub! I had read a few reviews about it being "poorly made" or whatnot but I couldn't disagree more. While it is made of plastic, it is a very hard and durable plastic that honestly imitates a metal feel pretty well. The product feels like it has some weight to it, giving it a high-quality feel.The ports all work perfectly. Not much to say here, it either works or it doesn't. In the case of my iHaper it works perfectly.The 2 USBC plug design is wonderful. It fits in snug and doesn't wiggle around when I use it. Much easier to use, and more professional than a dongle with a chord.A+ Would buy again.

Seems to be the most inexpensive one of these on Amazon and it works fine. I wish it would fit and look right on ether side of the computer & I wish it didn’t have a brand name printed on top, but it is what it is. Works perfectly fine so far.

It’s awesome but it’s not as snug as I would like it to be, if it gets slightly nudged the connection gets lost, so I use scotch tape to make sure it doesn’t move around.

Works fine , but gets hot too quickly, staying on high temperature while plugged.The plastic material is not exactly same color of the macbook, and gives a fragile impression.

The USB C hub is not just stylish, but all of its ports are compatible with the Macbook Pro. I do have to mention that this accessory gets relatively hot, but unfortunately, that is what happens to all hubs. Overall, it is a great purchase!

I disliked my last docking station that was a dongle and wanted one directly attached to Mac. This has all of the connections I need at the best price. It doesn't have the fastest transport speeds, but that is all right with me.

This adapter is essentially enough for most common devices. I have been using this a few times for powerpoint presentations, and transfer files from my camera SD card to my mac.
